Meetings: Leader or Host?

I shy away from the concept of having a leader in a meeting. Though I haven’t in some of my other posts. But, I think a big part of my discomfort in using the term in previous posts is the fundamentally flawed perception of what it means to lead.

Many people lead meetings unilaterally, without the need for agreement amongst the participants. That’s fine if all you are doing is giving marching orders, though I imagine…
